Synopsis: High pressure will generate generally northeast winds.  An upper
level trough of low pressure is forecast to be over the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
This is expected to be the primary influence on launch weather conditions
creating some chance of low clouds and showers.

At the opening of the launch window at 4:57 a.m. on Wednesday the
forecast is:

Clouds:   3/10 scattered stratocumulus at 4,000 feet
          4/10-7/10 scattered to broken stratocumulus at 7,000 ft
          6/10 broken cirrostratus at 28,000 feet

Visibility: 7 miles or greater

Wind - Pad 39B: NE/10-16 knots

Temperature:  71 degrees

Dewpoint:     62 degrees

Humidity:     73%

Precipitation: showers in the Cape Canaveral/KSC vicinity

Other weather concerns: chance of low ceilings
