WinDiz for Windows is a small, but powerful text editor for the creation and
editing of "FILE_ID.DIZ" files. These files are nothing more than brief text
files with descriptions of the accompanying program files that are archived
together.

INSTALLATION:

To install WinDiz, unzip WINDIZ12.ZIP to a floppy diskette. From Windows'
Program Manager, choose RUN from the FILE menu and type in the path.

Example: A:\SETUP.EXE

WinDiz Setup will ask you if you want the default destination. If so, continue
with the installation. If you wish to put WinDiz in another location, enter the
path. Once the installation is complete, you can double-click on the WinDiz icon
and begin using WinDiz. Please take a minute to look over the online help file.
I have tried to be as thorough as possible in writing this help file, but I have
also tried to be as concise as possible so users will take the time to understand
the "why's" and "how's" of WinDiz. If you have any comments or questions, please
feel free to contact me by E-mail through CompuServe or America OnLine. Both
addresses are in the help file under the registration topic. A current version
of WinDiz will always be available through THE NEXUS BBS in Fredericksburg,
Virginia at 703-898-7205 or 898-3835. Membership to NEXUS is not required to
download WinDiz.
